Green Screen issue on note 9

I am facing issue with Samsung note 9, its accuring almost all the time.

There is one but you will have to wait alot for it and there may not be any guarantee. Have to do a software update it can fix the issue but like I said the chances for it to work are not so great. It's annoying I suggest maybe getting a new phone or an IPhone atleast it's must more reliable 😐.

@Nitinv you can give a temporary fix by downloading an app OLED saver from playstore and by adjusting the brightness settings thru it.

These are serious issues not only with note 9 but all high end samsung phones. Please note that this screen issue cannot be resolved by any software update even though the issue itself is caused by software update.
I had a similar issue after the software update. After pressing the power button the phone screen would appear ugly and greenish. I waited for 2 months and the problem was getting worse. Finally in May 2020, I went to the official samsung service centre and they replaced the complete screen and battery of the phone. It was still under warranty then. Again after updating in April 2021, the same display issue occurred. I have written it by email to samsung officials to know how is it covered if manufacturing defects affect out of warranty products as I am worried that currently the phone is out of warranty. This definitely is a manufacturing defect in addition to quality issues so whoever is facing this issue, get your phones repaired/replaced at the earliest as no software update will resolve this.

Hi, I contacted samsung and its service centre as well. They said the screen requires replacement and asked me to pay AED 700 for it. Samsung gulf also contacted me and falsely claimed that there was no software update from Samsung this year. But I have shared the screenshot with them over email confirming software update on April 10 2021 resulting is another damage to my phone similar to the one in April 2020 due to software update.
Not only will I throw this Samsung phone in trash but will also stay away from samsung products in the future.
