Call recorder for Note 9

Dear users,   Built in call recorder is available in Note 9 Indian firmware. I bought this phone from Bahrain and there was no built in call recorder available. As my device is running on android Pie third party call recorders were not working. Now I reached India and when I factory reset the device with an Indian sim card inserted I got the option to record calls.  So the Indian firmware version for note 9 have built in call recorder support.

I'm a Note 9 user (middle east firmware)
Is there any ways to activate call recorder option in this phone?!
Please do help and suggest

As of now, the only option is either to change firmware or else root access is needed.
