Call recording is a regional option & it is not available in most of the Samsung devices sold in GCC.

but i have also lenovo A7000 phone & bulletin option for recording calls is available in it

I said it's not available in samsung devices. 

Google have removed call recording support in android 9 & 10. So apps from play store can't records calls. The only option to record calls is an inbuilt call recorder. 

Samsung doesnt support (in most of the samsung devices sold in GCC) call recording in GCC as it is prohibited to record phone calls without the consent of both the parties.

use this one . I'm using it. in setting don't use built in recorder. just left it in default setting and change if u need it auto record or manual.
