I have been using Samsung galaxy A71 for last two years. But as of now I haven't experienced any serious issues with the phone. But recently my volume button stopped working, its really unresponsive and i am really clueless what to do. Can someone help me to resolve this issue?
Before I can provide a solution, please answer the following questions:
• Did any amount of water got in the phone? Before the volume button stopped working? • Did you drop it? Before the volume button stopped working?
If non of these actions took place. Please run a diagnostic test on your A71 by opening the samsung memebers app then clicking on support and scrolling down to diagnostic, then select the volume button test.
