Volume auto selection problem ?

What to do with my phone to not automatically select the ringtone option, (even in home screen) I need it to be media volume by default for every time I press the volume button  as it was before 

Any idea how to fix it?

We apologize for the issue you're experiencing. Please From Galaxy store Download Good Lock app then sound Assistant > enter the Good Lock app > from the bottom chose Life up >Sound Assistant > Tourn on Control media volume

The headphone icon appears, but there are no headphones connected, and there’s no sound coming from the phone.
