I am facing an issue while streaming content from Switch TV App. This app is used to stream Live Cricket matches and issue is its stream is getting lagged on Samsung A34 phone whereas same app is working fine in Samsung M32 phone. For information both phones are running with updated OS and updated app.
Is it due to the processor used in A34 which is not able to handle the video content?

We would like to apologize about the issue you're facing with this app, noting that the performance of the apps might be different depends on the device's model for sure as each device is having its ability. Hence, you may try to clear cache the app from the settings > apps > choose the app > storage > clear cache. Otherwise, you should refer to the app's support team.
Ok found the solution. If you have extra DIM feature ON in your Samsung A34; then switch TV App stream will lag. Just turn off that feature and App will work fine. Hope my solution will help wider Samsung Community.
