Software update interrupted

I am using at&t usa variant samsung a52 5g. in outside usa

Still android version is 12 and ui version 4.1 . I can't update software. 😕

At&t needs you to be in their network to update the OS. You can try with a VPN. If you are not traveling back anytime soon, the other option is to manually flash the compatible firmware with ODIN.

We would like to confirm that the A52 5G device is supposed to be updated to Android 13 since January 2023. Kindly make sure to visit the service center to install the update.
