Sim Netrwork Pin blocked. Enter sim network PUK.

Hi. My friend bought a mobile in KSA and didn't use it with simcard during his stay there. He used it with wifi only. Now he's back in Philippines and couldn't use it. It says Sim Network Pin blocked. Enter SIM network PUK. Anybody can help us with it? thanks!

not the issue with phone. it is the issue with sim card. try another one or replace it.

Hello, It is a SIM Card Issue, the PUK can be found on the same pack where the SIM card was packaged upon purchase. If he lost it, then it would be better to use a different SIM card. Thank you.

this doesn't mean that the mobile is not open line or something? Because somebody told him it needs to be open line which is pretty much costly.
