1. I removed voice recorder, acr recorder, and screen recorder, rebooted phone.
the icon is not available in the quick shortcuts, and not in the "add buttons" quick shortcuts
2. I have been trying for about 2 hours now and also tried the "SHELL SETTINGS ADB PUT GLOBAL SETTINGS_SCREENRECORD_LONG_PRESS True" setting vid USB debug, although that's an Android 10 switch, rebooted 5 times over now trying many advice pages found on web.
