Samsung, it’s great that you promise 4-6 years of updates, but it’s not just about how long you support devices—it’s also about how fairly you do it. Midrange phones like the A35 are brand new, yet they’re pushed to the end of the line. That doesn’t feel right. If Apple can release updates to all iPhones on the same day, why can’t Samsung at least treat all new devices equally? Please consider improving your update rollout process.
