So here's some troubleshoots u can try
1. Update Software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure you're on the latest version.2. Wipe Cache Partition:
Turn off the phone.
Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
Select Wipe cache partition using the volume buttons and confirm with the Power button.
Reboot the phone.
3. Test in Safe Mode:
Hold the power button > long-press "Power off" > tap Safe Mode.
If the issue stops, it's likely caused by a third-party app.
4. Optimize with Device Care: Go to Settings > Battery and device care, and tap Optimize now.
5. Free Up Storage: Ensure you have at least 10–15 GB of free space.
6. Uninstall Problematic Apps: Remove any apps installed before the issue started.
7. Factory Reset (Last Resort): Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset, but make sure to backup your data first.
8. Visit Samsung Service Center: If the issue persists, it could be a hardware problem.
