Why beta program is not available in MENA ?

I think the whole mena region is not

This is unfair, they are a lot of users that can contribute to this program.

Our community is like a house of cards, we need to make it stronger if we want beta updates.

In other regions, they are highly active, so beta programs will receive comprehensive reports from there.
