If your S22 Ultra has poor battery backup, it could be due to software issues like recent updates, high background activity, or misbehaving apps, or it could be battery aging since the phone is 2–3 years old. Check battery usage in settings, reduce refresh rate, disable unused features, and consider using apps like AccuBattery to check battery health.

1. Lower screen refresh rate to 60Hz


2. Turn off Always-On Display


3. Disable unused features (NFC, 5G, Bluetooth, etc.)


4. Check battery usage in Settings


5. Clear cache partition from recovery mode


6. Update all apps


7. Enable Power Saving Mode


8. Use AccuBattery to check battery health


9. Reset app preferences


10. Factory reset if needed


11. Visit Samsung Service Center for battery check/replacement
