The door on my freezer has not been closing properly and is now full of ice. What to do ? If I defrost/turn it off will all the water come out on the floor ?
It could be due to a number of reasons. One of the most common reasons is that something is wrong with the door seal. You may have to clean the door seal to get it to close properly or you may have to replace the entire thing
If you decide to defrost your freezer, you should put some towels underneath it to catch any water that may come out
