Please make sure that your device has the last software update by the following steps:

Also, please reset Camera app, by the following steps:
1 Open Camera and select Settings.
2 Select Reset settings.
3 Tap Reset to reset the Camera app
Kindly force restart your device
1 Turn off your device by holding down the Volume down key and Side key, then selecting Power off.
2 Once the screen goes black, press and hold the Volume down key and Side key.
3 When the Samsung logo appears on screen, release both fingers from the keys.
If the issue still persist please send an error report to our technical team so they can investigate the issue and will do their best to assist you. To send an error report, please follow the below steps:
1 Launch Samsung Members app.
2 Tap on Support.
3 Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.
4 Choose a category below.
5 Tap on Frequency.
6 Choose between Once, Often or Sometimes.
