Call recorder does not work

Why call recorder does not work in my phone???

In everyone's phone have their own in built call recorder services,

But not in phone,

I want call recorder in my phone.

And that apply only for some samsung devices only ????

I have my many friends they have in built call recorders,
Some of using samsung and some of using Huawei,

Why you samsung does not look in to this,
I bought this phone just few months ago and now i will sale it,i am thinking like this
