I'm facing same problem on my S21 fe as well, done everything I could think of but issue didn't fix, it started after Airtel priority/fastlane rollout.
I would have agreed if I wasn't able to use RCS since beginning but with Airtel itself I was able to use it till Oct 2020 on same Samsung phone. It vanished in Nov starting.
