Too much heating my s20 fe 5g

My s20 fe slowed after installing security patch update. I hated this very much.

While watching any video , movies in video player of s20 fe phone , when the notification comes the media sound reduces and it last until we clear the all notification in notification bar. How this bug can be fixed.
