I'm very disappointed by Samsung. I have made complaint and they told me to go to service centre and have my phone checked,get the job sheet done and mail it to them . My phone have no external dmg, just greenish flickering screen which come and goes...
Didn't u fill ur details when filing the complaint? They get ur number from there ,also when u send ur job sheet they ask for the number .. they'll call on the same.
First they told me to get physical inspection done from nearest service centre and send them the job sheet .. if ur device fullfill their criteria then they'll give u free of cost repair
