I can't find VoLTE settings on my Galaxy A7 (2018). I am currently in India, using Vodafone (VoLTE) enabled SIM card. The phone was bought from Muscat, Oman. Please help me!

Every video on Instagram is played in a weird over sharpened pixelated way. I had a J7 Pro earlier and it was okay. But Instagram on this A7 (2018) is showing such an issue. Could you help me out?
