Phone lagging after One UI 2.0 update! (A7 2018)

My Galaxy A7 (2018) was running buttery smooth on Android Pie (One UI 1.0). Then came the Android Q update (One UI 2.0), and now the phone lags each and every single time! Even the basic swipes, taps and animations are so laggy! And I can't even place 2 apps in memory! I'm so frustrated!

Any solutions?
