After an update my m31s keeps restarting went to service center they said motherboard issue without even looking at phone

I am using samsung galaxy M31s and playstore is creating a lot of issues it doesn't work properly and keeps opening again and again and even while i am using other apps I have got so frustrated due to that i have yo disable my playstore
