Those who are facing problem while installing the latest one UI 7 update.
Pls make sure that you should have active Wi-Fi internet connection, not on 5g cellular internet data.
Don't pause and interrupt the download.

i paused multiple times 😂 and now maybe thats why stuck at 85% what do i do any clue ?

There might be case of server down due to huge surge in accessing and downloading update.
Please wait for some more time so that you will get good speed and it won't stuck as well.

No, server is not busy cause it just take 10 min to download in my device.

● Please take note of the following important instructions before proceeding with any software updates on your devices:
1. Ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection on your mobile device. Downloading via a mobile network may result in additional charges.
2. Check that you have enough storage space available on your device to accommodate the updates.
3. Make sure your device has sufficient battery life for the update process (above 50%).
4. Kindly restart the device.
Path: Press the power and volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds.

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
