Galaxy SClick reset
Then choose "reset network"
And wait one minute.
If priblem not solved then
Then remove sim tray,
Try to again reset network
Then after one minute
Switch off phone
Insert sim tray.
Switch on phone.

Galaxy SThere are a lot of people including me facing exactly the same problem. Unfortunately none of recommendation by Samsung or other people is worked. It seems an software error and must be fixed at the soonest, The phone is useless now...
