Is anyone else not getting the latest update ?

I have gotten my phone for 4 months now and did not get any software update. Other people with the same phone have already gotten 2 software updates.

If the phone is not new out the box, click on last update in Software Update, if the update says anything but XFA than you have a phone where someone has changed that CSC and broken native updates.

Sorry i have just checked it does say xfa. Any idea on how to correct it?

Take it back to the store. If it's new, then there's a bug in the OS preventing updates. My wife who has the s23 plus has received security updates in the first week of each month since getting it. Now she is on One UI 6.1.
