Has anyone encountered screen blur and lines after the September update...

There are yellow, pink lines on my screen..It didn't fell even...Any suggestions?

We should all make a collective enquiry regarding this issue! maybe sending them a proper email with all the details of what kind of issues we all are experiencing right now. if there's more people who are experiencing the same issue we should find a way to get them all into this forum and include there details as well.
