Could have few reasons bro... 😐 sometimes I'm also facing in cod mobile. Specially in power cut periods. Poor bandwidth & network issues could be a reason. Do update the app when it available and change the connection and see any improvement 👍
Why app crashes is when background data is being blocked and its trying to run because of Samsung Device Care it doesn't allow the access to read user data so it forcefully put to sleep or the app will crash through it will launch normally when it's active. So it's totally safe nothing to worry about.
