mic Not working on a call while on loudspeaker

I recetly bought galaxy a51...everything is good but when i make a call and put on loudspeaker, reciver can not listen to my voice so i have to use the phone against my ear piece...

It is easier to use loudspeaker sometime but it seems my phone mic on loudspeaker is not working..

Any ideas how to fix it ??

It could be a fault in listener's device but you mag visit Samsung service center or insert a different SIM

same problem happened with me in galaxy a71 which i recently bought. but problem wasn't in phone but in plastic sheet which I put in back of phone for protection from scratches. if you have done same so remove plastic sheet
