mic Not working on a call while on loudspeaker

I recetly bought galaxy a51...everything is good but when i make a call and put on loudspeaker, reciver can not listen to my voice so i have to use the phone against my ear piece...

It is easier to use loudspeaker sometime but it seems my phone mic on loudspeaker is not working..

Any ideas how to fix it ??
