The loudspeaker and call speaker of my mobile phone have stopped working. It didn’t fall anywhere and there’s no other reason. I just kept it in my pocket, and suddenly the sound stopped.

Try restarting the phone, then check if it’s on Silent/Vibrate, clean the speaker area, & test sound in Safe Mode. If it still doesn’t work, it’s usually a hardware issue get the speaker module checked or replaced at a Samsung service center.

If none of the above works it’s almost certainly a hardware problem (speaker module or connector). Visit an authorized Samsung service center for inspection/repair; mention you already tried diagnostics and Safe Mode.

hardware via Samsung’s service menu: open the dialer and enter *#0*# → tap Speaker and Sub key tests. (If the menu doesn’t open, your carrier/firmware may block it.)
