Galaxy AI have a Samsung A72 and am experiencing issues with its loudspeaker. Sometimes it works when the volume is low, but other times it doesn’t, even at low levels. It completely stops working when the volume is set to 100%.
I ran diagnostics, and the loudspeaker behaves inconsistently during the tests. However, when I start the diagnostic test using (*#0*#) from the keypad, the loudspeaker doesn’t work at all.
When receiving a call, the ringtone volume is very low, but when I test the ringtone, it sounds normal. The ringtone just doesn’t play loudly for incoming calls.
This phone has two speakers: the earphone speaker and the loudspeaker. Thankfully, the earphone speaker works fine.
Can someone help identify the problem? Is it a hardware issue or specifically a loudspeaker problem?

Galaxy A
It's a hardware issue, speaker replacement is the correct solution.
Go for local good shop, they will replace the speaker only.
If you go to Samsung store, they Will change the complete daughter board, it will cost you very high compared to local shop.
