mic Not working on a call while on loudspeaker

I recetly bought galaxy a51...everything is good but when i make a call and put on loudspeaker, reciver can not listen to my voice so i have to use the phone against my ear piece...

It is easier to use loudspeaker sometime but it seems my phone mic on loudspeaker is not working..

Any ideas how to fix it ??

i have bought Samsung a71 last week and facing the same problem while on speaker phone no one can hear me on the other side

I just bought Samsung A31, it has the same issue on whatsapp video video calls, on-speaker calls, 
its not an issue with hardware or software of the phone, Actually it has another microphone on the top of phone, and it got covered by the plastic cover, just remove that part of cover. Hope it Help :)
