Got a green line after a One UI 7 update. I communicated with chat support and visited a service center to verify that there is no physical damage. They won't provide a free screen replacement, as per Samsung, the S23 series is not having this green ...
I even emailed servicehead.in@samsung.com.They said free replacements are currently available for the S21 and S22 series only. According to them, there haven't been many issues reported for the S23 series.
I think we should have a forum just to see how many users are affected by the same issue. And if it's big enough, Samsung may include the S23 series in their free screen replacement list.
I got a green line on my S23. Samsung said there is no free screen replacement for the S23 series, but they are offering it for the S22 series. They said there are no reports of the green line issue in the S23 series yet.
