I guess Samsung is looking into some thing else where, even the support team of Samsung is not aware of the timings that , when the one ui 7.0 beta version will be released in INDIA.
if you are speaking about resetting ,I guess yes it goes and reverts to one ui 6.if you are asking about restarting the mobile.like rebooting then it will be on ui 7
