After upgrading from s24ultra to s26ultra i thought will be able to sort the long pending issue, after sacrificing ble spen. But still its not yet fixed, anyone any idea without 3rd party applications?

Agree, after a long time they understood this is the actual size which will be widely used, if spen there it will be bonus on the sale. Because motorola had pad in early 20's with stylus support with same size
