Please do Update your camera app either from Playstore or from the Galaxy Store.M30s is a new mobile released recently. So definitely it'll resolve sooner via the software updates. Don't worry Brother.!
Factory Reset will never cause a battery drain infact it gives much more juice to the battery. Because the mobile phone handles a less no.of applications.
