When can i expect the android 10 update on my samsung galaxy A6+. Shall i expect on April?. The notification indivates its on May. Is that the correct time?

How can i set a sim as default 4g sim in Galaxy A6+. I can do it manually in network mode but when i am changing the mobile data to second(other) sim it changing the network port to 4g everytime. Do we have any fix for this?
