After auto restarting my S22 ultra my phone switches from dark mode to light . Needs fixing

When I turn on dark mode , it reverts back to light mode automatically .

After upgrade to Beta 13 , good lock not responding .

When should we expect Samsung or Google pay at our Galaxy watch 4 46 classic. Why India is deprived of such features while we pay heavy price for the equipment. Please answer.
