They said it could be the cable but recommended that I leave both the phone and charger for check up but I couldn't due to work stuff so i got a new cable and trying it if such problem persists I think I'd give them the phone and the charger

tried 2 different original ones both were connected properly

I sent it to chat support they told me yo visit nearest Samsung store

and tried another original Samsung charger same thing happened
