Can anybody say how to send log file to customer support, as the log file size is about 441MB(after the below process)I did ask support how to send the log, they were very kind enough to reply the same process
my galaxy A50 is restarting(crash) itself frequently. i have done factory reset also but the problem is still not solved, last time when it restarted this (pic attached) appeared. i there any solution for this??
same problem, service guy said to change ram it will cost 9.5K,try to go for exchange with new phone, idon't think updates will help coz my phone is keep restarting after updates also(updated 3 securitypatches since this problem)
