Since the recent software update, I am unable to see caller Id with incoming calls. I have checked app notifications for "phone" app and they are on (am unable to turn them off even). Please advise how I can get this working again. I do get incoming...
Have tried that. Have checked that notifications are permitted. Have ensured settings allow for full screen notification. Nothing works. This problem occurred after a android software upgrade so assume there is a conflict there.
