I have a Sumsung S21 ultra 5G unlockedI bought from US but am not leaving there. The issue is that am not receiving androidupdates or even security patches since July. Anyone who can enlighten me why please?
The options that yu provided, I tried them all also called the service center and explained my issue they said they can only assist on devices that are from the gulf region only.Do I have to go to the US to get it fixed ?
Mine is a US variant that is out of its region hence have not received any updates maybe I have to go to it's region for it to detect any updates 臘♂️臘♂️
What do you mean by that. Does it mean all the devices on the same region are suffering the same fate or it means a device out of its region will take too much time to receive the update ?
