first check software update option in setting to update/available latest software.. if u have any issue (root it already) the display seems show like *u can't update directly check with samsung service centre*.

maybe you have rooted your phone. seems no update will not receive for those of done root phone... s9 users have got android 10 update already..

After 10 update, my phone has lost smooth performance as over pie it was very smooth performance. 
