Tech TalkSamsung M31 keeps on restarting while listening to a podcast and also after charging the phone. Last month it hanged, didn't get restart and after taking it to service centre they said the motherboard needs to be replaced. And after the new Sep 2021 OTA update I am facing this issue, phone keeps on restarting. Can anybody help?

Tech TalkSamsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.
Never choose samsung again.
