Samsung M31 keeps on restarting while listening to a podcast and also after charging the phone. Last month it hanged, didn't get restart and after taking it to service centre they said the motherboard needs to be replaced. And after the new Sep 2021 OTA update I am facing this issue, phone keeps on restarting. Can anybody help?

If under warranty then it would be repaired for free otherwise
Raise the matter on social media
And send mail using screenshots of 5 to 6 restart issue from community to various news editors and Samsung ceo and service head, if they receive in bulk, the issue will be highlighted

Need Replacement Of Motherboard (if Frequently happens).

Or
Send Error Reports.
If Your Device In Under Warranty , Don't Late ,

Visit Service Centre. Book a Job Sheet. Send a mail to Service head along with the Jobsheet Number.

It is because of last faulty software update. Change motherboard for 6k-8k and never choose Samsung again

Yes, it is common. We are seeing a lot of cases nowadays regarding Exynos 9611. You can only go to service center to fix this issue.
If you find this helpful kindly click on the three dots and click accept as solution.

This issue have been reported here a number of times by others too.

Samsung just doesn't want to resolve or look into this. Its clearly their mistake which occurs right after an update (and will not able to downgrade to an older version even from service centre). The only solution is to replace the motherboard according samsung.

Never choose samsung again.
