Greetings I bought my Samsung a3 core long ago and I've been using Vodacom ever since and now I've just started using Telkom and I can't seem to on the internet data. It keeps saying "Security policy prevents the use of mobile data" but I do recieve calls and not messages. 

 

Please help, what can I do?

It might be network locked

That is called kg lock or knox guard lock implemented by vodacom to prevent you from changing sim to another network.Go and ask vodacom to remove it
