S22 ultra hang/touch problem

Dear All

While using my s22 ultra its screen automatically gets held, stops working. Until i off the screen and then on it, it doesnt work. First i have to off the screen by pressing power button and then i on it, then it starts working. this is so annoying. Pls help to resolve this. Thanks

Any solution to that, they said to reset device by resetting all settings. Will this work. Any one tried this?
