I purchased a new S24 Ultra four days ago, and today the phone suddenly restarted automatically. Six months ago, I had the same issue with my S23 Ultra and visited a Samsung care center. They said it was a motherboard issue. Now, I am facing the same problem with my new S24 Ultra. Please replace my device. I am from Navsari, Gujarat, and this is a very serious issue.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am used s23ultra almost 1Yr last month only exchanged and bought s24 ultra. I didn't face the issue..you using s23ultra that time also you will get the same issue right I think problem is your side only its not phone issue pls check your house electricity.
