Automatically restart or Froze problem

Dear Sir , There comes an problem in my mobile after updating the software last month on 19 date.
While using mobile it turns off automatically and froze sometimes. I don't know what type of problem is it. 
This Error or fault starts when I update the Samsung A21s Software.
 Please guide me or give me some details about this or launch the new software and fix this problem.

Wait until the next update or just do factory reset on your device..!

You may copy yours personal data into ur pc or laptop
Or simply backup your data on Google photos .

This problem may be in your settings. Please again check your settings your problem will be solved if not than you should send your data log to samsung for checking actual problem.

Same problem mery A52 mei hai pr ik he dafa huwa hai esa.. whatsap open ki thi fr froze huwa or fr Samsung logo aa gya.. pr abi tk esa kuxh nhi huwa
