Slow Charging Issue in Samsung a52s

My mobile Samsung a52s taking a lot time to charge even its connected to the provided charger and adapter. I am not only one that who is facing this issue even there are other users of this device has posted this issue in this platform. Moreover, There's no high temperature in my are. I feel this is software issue. Samsung needs to fox this as soon  as possible. 

I bought this device device one month ago. The charing was working perfectly but it is not performing well since last week.

same mere sath bhi yahi ho rha hai 37 hours show ho rha hai charging time idk why device a52 aur mene bhi abhi kuch haftey pehle lia hai phone

Or ksi brand ka phone so called summer ki waja say problem nai karta. I am using Vivo v21e. Its running flawless in even 47 degree
